Delivery & Return

Standard Delivery:

The delivery date time for standard delivery is normally 3 to 5 business days, and usually will not take longer than 7 business days at the time you make your order (excluding the public holidays) from the time you receive email shipping confirmation. 

*Please note all the delivery times quoted on the web site are estimates only based on availability, normal processing and delivery companies. 

Return:

Ameenah products purchased through Our retail store or online store can be returned for a full refund (subjected to Our Terms of Sale) within 14 days of purchase date when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All items must be in perfect saleable condition. 

To return, please follow the instructions below:

1. Contact the Client Service Team by telephone +662-254-3351.
2. Place the product that you wish to return in its original packaging and condition along with the original receipt, other accessories of the product, and seal accordingly.  
3. Customers is liable to pay for the shipping cost. 
4. Upon receipt of customers, we will proceed to return, or exchange based on your request on the returns & exchanges voucher.

We will do our best to process your returns as quickly as possible, normally within 30 days.

Exchange

Ameenah products purchased through Our retail store or online store can be exchanged within 14 days of purchase date (subjected to Our Terms of Sale) when accompanied by the original sales receipt. All items must be in perfect saleable condition. 

All exchanges must be in their original packaging and in perfect sealable condition (unused and complete with all the labels) along with the original receipt and returns & exchanges vouchers attached.

We will do our best to process your exchanges within 30 days.
